Q 3. Kangchenjunga Main is the highest mountain in India and third highest in the world. 

Kangchenjunga was first climbed on 25 May 1955 by Joe Brown and George Band, who were part of a British expedition. But they deliberately did not reach the top and stopped short of the summit. Every climber or climbing group that has reached the summit has followed this tradition.

Although obsolete from the consumer market segment, it is still used by many taxi operators in the city of Mumbai.

 It is named after a 14th-century Rajput princess and translates to “she who sits on the lotus” and refers to the Goddess Lakshmi. Name this once popular car model.

Q 6. He is Manohar Aich, also called ‘Pocket Hercules’ – India’s first body building super star who is aged 101 years now. He was born in Comilla District (now in Bangladesh) in a remote village named Dhamti.

Aich joined the Royal Air Force in 1942 where he began his pursuit in bodybuilding. While working at the Royal Air Force, Aich was imprisoned for slapping a British officer in protest of the officer’s remark in favour colonial oppression. Observing his knack in physical culture, the jail authorities arranged a special diet for him.

He is also a three-time Asian Games gold medalist in body building. 

He made a significant achievement in 1952 which makes him the first Indian to achieve a particular title. Which title?
